All Fat Sound Factory rehearsal rooms are built with high quality, designed specifically for band practice and other musical activities. Our spaces feature floating floors, soundproofed double partition walls with decibel-rated doors, and a dampened mechanical ventilation system. Each studio has its own electrical panel with heavy-duty cabling. The rooms are also acoustically treated by us, and if additional soundproofing is needed, we can provide it free of charge.
All entrances are monitored with recording security cameras, and building access is logged electronically. The studio doors use the smart iLoq system, allowing lost keys to be deactivated easily and replaced immediately with a new one.

No security deposit is required when signing the lease.

The termination notice period is two months, starting from the beginning of the next calendar month.

We offer free storage space for band equipment if you're waiting for your rented room to become available.
