Fat Sound Factory is built for musicians!

The main entrance is a stylish reception area. Fat Sound members can access the building 24/7 with an access control card.

The main walkways and critical areas of the building are monitored by recording security cameras.

There is a loading dock equipped with a service ramp for unloading and loading equipment. From there, items can be directly loaded into the freight elevator or transported through the elevator to the rehearsal rooms on the first floor.

In the Fat Sound reception area, there are trolleys, conveyors, hand trucks, and forklifts available for use when moving equipment.

You can access the building 24/7 through the door next to the loading dock with an access control card. There are no time restrictions for loading and unloading. The loading dock area is also monitored by a security camera.

We have about 14 designated parking spaces with signs. These tend to be quite busy on weekdays, but there is additional free parking space nearby. Public transportation connections are also excellent.

The rehearsal rooms are accessed through double doors, one of which is a soundproof door. The rooms feature floating floors, raised floors, and double walls with a dual frame and an air gap. The ventilation system is equipped with cooling and soundproofing, and each room has its own electrical panel.

The ceiling height is 330 cm. The ceilings are acoustically treated with wool panels and additional soundproofing plates installed on the ceiling beams. The walls are also acoustically treated.

The locking of the rehearsal rooms and separate instrument storage rooms is managed through an independent Iloq smart key system, which operates separately from the access control system. And of course, you can play whenever you want!

The Fat Sound office is usually visited daily by the host.  If you would like to meet, please arrange an appointment in advance. One rental agreement was signed in this office during the early hours of the weekend, when a band moved in straight after their gig!

Fat Sound provides a secure and protected WLAN network, with login details available on the bulletin board. The use of the network is free of charge.

Waste management is organized by Fat Sound. Members are responsible for separating bottles/cans, mixed waste, and collected cardboard from each other. You can leave the transportation of packaging cardboard from new equipment to us.

The fully equipped kitchen is available for use by Fat Sound members.

All sanitary and shower facilities are tiled and in excellent condition. These, along with other public areas, are cleaned by Fat Sound Factory.

Both floors are equipped with a vacuum cleaner, mopping supplies, and cleaning products for cleaning the rehearsal rooms. At Fat Sound, we have a tidy group of people, and we thank them for that!
